Finance and Facilities Committee
In an effort to reduce the number of committees associated with our district, the board of education has combined the Fiscal Planning Committee and Facilities Committee into a single Finance and Facilities Committee.
Per GCSD Policy 5110: Budget Planning and Development, “The process of budget planning and development should allow for community input and opportunities for public information and feedback.”
Per GCSD Policy 5630: Facilities Planning, “The Board of Education may create an advisory committee, representing all groups utilizing District facilities and including any individuals it deems appropriate, to propose and consider ideas and suggestions in the construction, remodeling, and/or repair of District facilities.”
