BE IT RESOLVED that as recommended by the Superintendent of Schools, the Board of Education does hereby adopt the following Finance and Facilities Committee charges for the 2021-22 school year:

Mission: To provide feedback to the Board of Education regarding budget development, finances and facilities. Specifically, the Finance and Facilities Committee shall make recommendations to the Board of Education:

  • For the development of the annual school budget
  • Regarding prioritization of the construction, remodeling and repair of District facilities
  • To require and review a Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for integration with the District-wide strategic plan.
  • To ensure fiscal accountability and transparency
