Audit Committee Meeting

It is anticipated that the Audit Committee will adjourn to Executive Session shortly after commencing the meeting to discuss the employment history of particular auditing firms. Please note that pursuant to the Open Meetings Law due to extraordinary circumstances, the Audit Committee meeting will be held virtually in part; members of the public can still attend the public portion of the meeting in person.
